For years Craig has been preparing a vision of a legacy building that would express his belief in Buffalo and his family's business devotion to offering options and improving the quality of life  in the community.  This building and project represents that vision.
Colby Smith, CCIM
Owner Representative.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA), Colby will perform project oversite and will be coordinating all development efforts.

We have assembled a high energy group of profesionals to design, plan, and execute the project vision of the Owner, Craig Willoughby.  To be located on the very corner of Main and Ferry where is family insurance business has served Buffalo residents for over 38 years and in the neighborhood location for over 60 years.
AIA Phil A. Silvestri
Architect - Silvestri Architects, PC will be the design firm creating the project plans through the construction documents and specifications. 
Christopher J. Hogan, P.E.
Partner - R&P Oak Hill Development, LLC, will perform the General Contracting and Construction Management services on the project. 
Robert Marcus
Associate Broker - Colby Development, LLC, will be performing the commerical leasing and marketing for the retail and office component of the project.

Owner/Agent - APT Lease-Up & Marketing, LLC, will be performing the apartment lease up by connecting the tenants with these luxury aprtments and create a community.
Orrin D. Tobbe
Owner - Commercial Refi Pros and Bank Advisory Services, will be preparing the business plan and coordinating project finances including equity, construction debt and permanant debt.
